“FEAR” by Kendrick Lamar

Fear is a word that has been ringing in my ear as of late. I tend to ask myself, what does it mean to mean? How has it affected my life? And through reflection, I’ve noticed fear itself has a huge impact on the way I operate.

Similar to Kendrick’s words in the chorus, fear is something I pretend to avoid by staying content, staying comfortable. However, the fire within me has been knocking on my soul for change. I desire a life filled with passion yet I move in a sense of fear……

This is a post to myself to say, stop creating roadblocks, ask for help, remember that God has your back (has your everything) & allow yourself to spread your wings into the individual you are destined to be.
